Full Journal pdf2008-03-04 House Journal Page 2173 HB 147 The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 2166), was again before the House: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 147(RLS) "An Act relating to matching funds and state money for state tourism marketing contracts with trade associations; and providing for an effective date." 2008-03-04 House Journal Page 2174 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 147(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 147(RLS) was read the third time. Representative Ramras declared a conflict of interest. The question being: "Shall CSHB 147(RLS) pass the House?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Gardner gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 147(RLS), and it was taken up later.
